Step by Step Guide to Compass Canteen Ordering Online

Orders can be placed for any canteen day of the current term up until 8.45am on the day. After 8.45am on Canteen Days, the menu will become unavailable for placing new orders, editing existing or cancelling orders for that day. If an order/or item has been cancelled, refunds will appear in your Compass balance within 24hrs.

It is important if you’ve placed lunch orders that you keep an eye out for any Canteen Notifications via compass. 

Re-useable bags can still be used for lunch order delivery. Re-useable bags only need to have the child’s name and class as the order information is already at the canteen. Re-useable bags are to be placed in class lunch order baskets first thing in the morning. Your child’s lunch will be delivered back to them in the re-useable bag provided or in a paper bag with their name on it.
